Active Ingredient: Cetirizine Dihydrochloride 10 mg/ml
Therapeutic Class: Second-Generation Antihistamine
Indications: Zyrtec drops are used for the relief of allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy or watery eyes, and itching of the throat or nose. It is also effective in treating urticaria (hives) and other allergic skin conditions in infants and young children.
Mechanism of Action: Cetirizine is a selective H1 receptor antagonist that blocks the action of histamine, a substance in the body that causes allergic symptoms.
Dosage and Administration:

• Children aged 6–12 months: 2.5 mg (5 drops) once daily

• Children aged 1–2 years: 2.5 mg (5 drops) twice daily

• Children aged 2–6 years: 2.5 mg twice daily or 5 mg once daily
  Always use as directed by a physician.
