Active Ingredient:

• Ciprofloxacin 0.3%

Indications:
Opticin is an antibiotic eye drop used to treat bacterial infections of the eye such as conjunctivitis, keratitis, and corneal ulcers.

How It Works:
Ciprofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that stops bacterial growth by inhibiting DNA replication.

Directions for Use:

• For conjunctivitis: Apply 1–2 drops in the affected eye every 2 hours for the first two days, then reduce to every 4 hours.

• For corneal ulcers: Use more frequent dosing as directed by your doctor.

Precautions:

• For ophthalmic use only

• Do not use if allergic to ciprofloxacin

• Avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface

• Remove contact lenses before use and wait 15 minutes before reinserting

• Store at room temperature

• Keep out of reach of children

Side Effects:

• Mild stinging or burning

• Temporary blurred vision

• Eye redness or irritation
