Micardis 80 Mg 28 Tablets
- MICARDIS is indicated for the treatment of hypertension, to lower blood pressure.
- Indicated for reduction of the risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, or death from cardiovascular causes.
- Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that works by blocking the effect of angiotensin II in the body that causes blood vessels to constrict.
- As a result, telmisartan relaxes blood vessels, lowering blood pressure and increasing the heart's supply of blood and oxygen.
Available as tablets for oral administration, containing 80 mg of telmisartan.
