GLUCOPHAGE XR (metformin hydrochloride extended-release tablets) is indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
How to use?
While GLUCOPHAGE XR should generally be given once a day with the evening meal, GLUCOPHAGE XR should be started at a low dose, with gradual dose escalation. (Please consult your physician before taking any medication.)
