Description:
ARTIZ contains cetirizine, a second-generation antihistamine used to relieve allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy or watery eyes, and skin rashes. It is known for its effectiveness and low risk of drowsiness.

Indications:

• Seasonal or perennial allergic rhinitis

• Chronic urticaria (hives)

• Skin allergy symptoms

Dosage:

• Adults and children ≥6 years: 10 mg once daily

• Can be taken with or without food

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to cetirizine or hydroxyzine

• Severe renal impairment

• Children under 6 years (tablet form)

Warnings:

• May cause drowsiness in some individuals

• Use with caution in kidney or liver impairment

• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless advised by a doctor

Side Effects:

• Mild drowsiness

• Dry mouth

• Headache

• Fatigue
