Telfast 180 mg – 30 Tablets
Active Ingredient: Fexofenadine Hydrochloride 180 mg
Therapeutic Class: Second-Generation Antihistamine
Indications: Telfast is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever) and chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives), including sneezing, runny or itchy nose, itchy throat, and itchy skin rashes.
Mechanism of Action: Fexofenadine is a selective H1 receptor antagonist that blocks the action of histamine, reducing allergy symptoms without causing drowsiness.
Dosage and Administration:

Adults and children over 12 years: One tablet (180 mg) once daily before a meal
Use only as directed by your healthcare provider.
