Return Policy

  • Exchanges or returns can be made within 14 days from the date of purchase, in compliance with ministerial decisions and governing laws, and without violating the regulations and laws set by the Ministries of Commerce and Health.
  • Refunds for returned items will be processed using the same payment method as was used at the time of purchase.
  • For payments made via debit or credit cards, refunds will be issued to the same card details and for the same customer. The processing period and conditions will adhere to the bank's terms.
  • For international orders, payment must be made in advance, considering foreign currency exchange rates based on official bulletins and announcements by partner banks.
  • Refunds for international orders will be issued after deducting any applicable tax or customs fees and shipping charges, and only after inspecting the items. The process will comply with official laws and regulations.
  • The sale and distribution of medicines are governed by ministerial decisions, regulations, and guidelines. Their return or exchange is prohibited as per Ministry of Health Circular No. 2/2012.
  • Circular No. 2/2013, which regulates and prohibits the return or exchange of food, plant-based products, and dietary supplements, shall also apply.
  • United Pharmacies reserves the right to modify any order placed through the website or app after contacting the customer.
  • United Pharmacies strives to ensure accurate product images and information. However, there may be occasional changes in product appearance by manufacturers before updates are reflected on our website.
