CONCOR AM 5 mg / 10 mg Tablets (30 tablets)
Active Ingredients:
Bisoprolol Fumarate 5 mg – Beta-1 Selective Adrenergic Receptor Blocker (Beta-blocker)
Amlodipine Besylate 10 mg – Calcium Channel Blocker (Dihydropyridine class)

CONCOR AM is indicated for the treatment of:
Essential hypertension in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by monotherapy
Chronic stable angina in patients requiring both beta-blocker and calcium channel blocker therapy
Helps reduce cardiovascular risk in patients with both high blood pressure and angina
Bisoprolol reduces heart rate, myocardial oxygen demand, and cardiac output by selectively blocking β1-adrenergic receptors in the heart.
Amlodipine inhibits calcium influx in vascular smooth muscle, causing vasodilation, lowering peripheral resistance and blood pressure, and improving blood flow in angina.
One tablet once daily, preferably at the same time each day
Can be taken with or without food
Dose adjustments should be based on the individual clinical response
Not recommended as initial therapy
Use with caution in patients with heart failure, bradycardia, asthma, or severe hepatic impairment
